How do I determine if this is a good fit for me?

It's an easy 1-2-3 process.

  2. You and a coach review your goals to determine if a coaching process is the right tool for you.
  3. Set a start date if you and the coach feel the development plan is the correct course of action.

How does the coaching process work?

First, you submit and discuss your objectives with a coach. If there is a good fit, you and your coach will sketch the outline for your development plan and create a schedule. This plan can range from a few weeks to a year or longer depending on the areas you wish to work. If you are comfortable proceeding, you and your coach will create a written agreement listing the specific goals and a timeline.

You and your coach will work through a series of assessments. You will also receive a learning and development library including a combination of tapes, books, learning guides, and other tools.

You and your coach will create a convenient schedule of coaching sessions and updates. Typically, updates are weekly and coaching sessions are held approximately every two weeks. Coaching sessions include a combination of learning new tools, developing strategies, reviewing progress, and defining implementation steps. The period between the coaching sessions is used to apply what you have learned and make progress on high payoff projects.

You are free to contact your coach between scheduled sessions for questions or special situations.

What are the investment options?

Each coaching program is customized to you and your objectives. The coaching agreement ranges in length from 3 months to 1 year depending on the number of objectives you want to accomplish. Example: If you want to strengthen your time management systems, plus refine your service system, plus implement a strong referral system, plus create a plan to develop a strong position in a profitable target market, this will take at least 6 months. If you want to focus on just one of these objectives, you can accomplish that within three months. The investment ranges from $2950 to 10,000 per advisor depending on the length of time required to accomplish your objectives.

Your investment will payoff many times over in the first year alone.

Your success is guaranteed. Your investment must at least pay for itself before we finish working or we refund your investment in full. You may pay by check or credit card. Payment schedules can be arranged.
