How does the individually-tailored Referral Mastery coaching process work?

When you work with a Referral Mastery Coach, you will first identify and then prioritize the critical areas where focused improvement will have a significant impact on your income. If you feel there is a strong fit between your goals and our expertise, you and your coach will develop written objectives and establish specific time lines to strengthen these vital areas of your business. This customized development plan can range from a few weeks to a year depending on the areas you wish to develop.

Your coach will then guide you through a series of assessments. You and your coach will establish regular and convenient coaching sessions in which you will learn how to leverage industry-leading strategies in order to strengthen your business in these vital areas. During each session, we will evaluate your progress to make sure your skills are rising, stronger systems are being put in place, and that you are advancing toward your goals. Coaching sessions include a combination of learning new tools, developing strategies, reviewing progress, and defining implementation steps. The period between the coaching sessions is used to apply what you have learned and make progress on high payoff projects.

Our unique coaching process easily fits into your busy schedule. We break the learning and implementation process into small “bite size” building blocks which are easy to implement. You achieve rapid success because you are able to focus on implementing one building-block at a time. This clarity of focus allows you to make steady progress without being overwhelmed. Your coaching sessions are scheduled approximately every 14 days. You don’t ever need to leave your desk. Your coach is also available between sessions to help you address new situations, resolve uncertainties, or plan an important prospect meeting.

You will also receive a learning and development library including a combination of CDs, books, learning guides, and other tools. These tools include ready-to-use templates, letters, and scripts so you can quickly and easily implement the powerful strategies you learn. Many of these tools and scripts have already been compliance approved.

When you work with your Referral Mastery coach, you will receive much more than regular coaching sessions, proven strategies, and easy-to-use tools. You will get a partner who is committed to helping you achieve your most important goals. We will challenge you to set meaningful goals and then help you develop realistic plans to accomplish them. And we will help hold you accountable to your goals and action plans.
